PRODUCTION - Concept

The theme for our production is a revenge story based on the fading friendship between two teenaged girls. In our scenes there is the idea of betrayel and desperation, as a stalker is following the two friends on their outtings.
She is completley miserable as she longs for the friendship she once had with her friend Stacey.

She will go to any length to remove Anna (Staceys new bestfriend), from the situation, as Anna is the reason that Stacey and Rosie are no longer friends.

The storyline is based around Rosie and the way she is reacting to losing her bestfriend and also the way that Stacey is being treated by her new friend, Anna, who thinks she rules their friendship. We portray this by having many outtings between the newly founded friends, and having Rosie following them and watching from the sideline. This shows the audience how Rosie is feeling : excluded, unwanted and unloved.           

 Our final scene creates anticipation for the audience as it is capturing the essence of revenge. It creates a hanging moment and makes us wonder, if happy endings do come true.
